Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Inbound Sales and Support Representative to join our team at Telelinkz Pvt. Ltd. As an Inbound Sales and Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and converting them into sales. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, provide relevant information, and close the sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and interests.
- Educate customers about our products or services, and provide them with the necessary information to make informed purchase decisions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and proactively follow up with them to ensure their needs are met.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, and report on progress to senior management.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Eligibility Criteria & Details:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in US Cable Internet and Mobility Sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in English Speaking.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to work night shifts on a permanent basis, i.e., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
