  • Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory control, order tracking, and stock movement. This includes generating reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and productivity metrics.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, periodic stock takes, and system updates to ensure accurate stock levels. Troubleshoot WMS-related issues and coordinate with IT or software vendors for resolutions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse layout, adhering to quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance warehouse efficiency. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in warehouse coordination, preferably in a WMS-enabled environment. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems is essential, including Oracle WMS, SAP EWM, Manhattan, and Infor.
