- Commission Structure Development: Refine commission structures for campus ambassadors to incentivize high performance.
- Exceptional English fluency, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- 1+ years of experience in business development and sales.
