Business Support Specialist - Electrical Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, planning and executing financial and technical bids, as well as analyzing construction costs.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent business acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage budgets for construction and electrical projects.
  • Analyze cost data, review purchase orders and invoices, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial and technical bids for various projects.
  • Evaluate project estimates and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Draft detailed construction drawings and bid reports.
  • Design innovative solutions for complex construction projects.
  • Track and manage estimated construction costs to ensure project feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, civil engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • Strong understanding of construction costs, financial bidding procedures, and project management principles.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of reliable high-speed internet and an electricity backup system.
