Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented project Analyst &

Operations Coordinator to support project execution, streamline communication

workflows, and assist in driving operational efficiency across teams. This role combines

core project support functions – such as reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process

tracking – with operational responsibilities, including managing internal inquiry routing

from our shared inbox.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally

with stakeholders across departments (Sales, Marketing, PM, HR, etc.). This is a remote

role that plays a critical part in the ongoing development of our PMO structure and

communication processes.

Key Responsibilites:

Support active projects by coordinating with PwrQ's internal teams to track progress, blockers, and ensure timely task execution. Develop and maintain project reports and dashboards that highlight status updates, key milestones, and performance metrics. Facilitate communication between departments by managing escalations, organizing follow-ups, and documenting decisions. Monitor and manage the company's shared inbox as part of a broader operations workflow – ensuring all inbound messages are directed to the appropriate teams (Sales, Marketing, Project Management, HR, etc.). Identify trends in inbound inquiries and provide periodic reports to help improve process efficiency. Assist in maintaining and evolving templates, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) used in project delivery. Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support project planning, resource allocation, or operational decision-making. Collaborate with the PMO to identify opportunities for improving internal workflows and customer-facing responsiveness. Qualifications

Proven experience in project coordination, project analysis, operations, or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Smartsheet, Trello, or MS Project). Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Slack; experience with Excel or Google Sheets (or similar spreadsheet tools) for tracking and analysis. Comfortable working remotely with strong self-management and accountability. Experience organizing data and generating insights (pivot tables, charts, basic dashboards). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and track tasks through completion. Analytical mindset with comfort organizing and interpreting data. Familiarity with marketing or CRM tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Preferred Skills

Experience working within a PMO or project-oriented team Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
