- Sales Call Monitoring: Monitor sales calls, offer constructive feedback, and support to improve communication and sales outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Automobile Sales Expertise: Strong expertise in automobile sales methodologies and CRM software.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and customers.
- Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive effective sales strategies and improve team performance.
