We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Growth Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Growth Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through effective relationship-building and solution-based sales.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing long-term client relationships, and implementing product solutions that align with client needs. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at driving online revenue growth, including farming existing accounts and acquiring new customers through various online channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive online revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure consistent progress and follow-ups.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor sales performance and trends, providing regular updates on lead generation and revenue progress.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales or business development.
  • Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales and managing key accounts in the e-commerce sector.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies aligned with broader marketing efforts.
