A leading healthcare organization is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Assistant Manager Budgeting & Reporting for its Central Office in Karachi.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create annual budgets based on financial forecasts and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Evaluate expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements, enabling the organization to optimize its resources.
  3. Compare actual expenditures with budgeted figures to assess financial performance and inform decision-making.
  4. Distribute funds effectively across departments or projects, prioritizing key initiatives and achieving desired outcomes.
  5. Periodically revise budgets to reflect changing business needs, adapting to new circumstances and emerging opportunities.
  6. Prepare comprehensive financial statements, summaries, and periodic reports for management, providing insights into organizational performance.
  7. Ensure financial reports comply with legal and industry standards, maintaining the organization's reputation and credibility.
  8. Monitor key financial indicators such as profit margins, cash flow, and return on investment, making informed decisions about resource allocation.
  9. Provide actionable insights from financial data to aid strategic decision-making, driving growth and improvement within the organization.
