We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator.

Job Description

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales performance analytics. You will act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction by working closely with the rest of the sales team and channels. This includes coordinating schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

In addition, you will be responsible for storing and sorting financial and non-financial data in electronic form and presenting reports. Your forecasting and risk analysis assessments will help us make informed business decisions. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to showcase our products and services effectively.

You will be proactive in addressing clients' needs and facilitating the sales process from beginning to end. If any issues arise, you will resolve them promptly and handle complaints in a timely manner. We encourage innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a good command of MS Office, Excel, and accounting software. Your ability to operate these tools efficiently is crucial. Additionally, your excellent command of English will enable you to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
