Marriage and Family Therapist

We are seeking licensed therapists who are passionate about providing long-term relationship solutions to couples and families in their community. If this describes you, we may have a fantastic opportunity for you as our therapist.

Responsibilities include guiding patients through crises, diagnosing psychological disorders, highlighting problematic patterns that need to be changed, improving communication, and assisting patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors.

• Providing high-quality therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate relationship challenges.
• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans to support long-term relationship success.
• Engaging in clinical team meetings, peer consultations, and ongoing professional development.
• Conduct intake and needs assessment of individuals, significant others, and family members by testing, interviewing, observing, and holding discussion sessions
• Engage in planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient
• Collaborate with community organizations and attend weekly clinical team meetings
• Provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children utilizing solution-focused therapy strategies for improving relationships
• Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented patient records with a quality of documentation that meets facility and licensing standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Licensed therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist Ph.D./Psy.D.) with experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Provisionally licensed therapists (LPCC, LSW, MFT-C) with experience in the field.
• PASSION FOR COUPLES THERAPY AND A STRONG DESIRE TO SPECIALIZE IN EVIDENCE-BASED MODALITIES.
• Availability for at least one evening or weekend shift to accommodate clients' schedules.
