**Marriage and Family Therapist Role**

We are seeking licensed therapists who are passionate about providing long-term relationship solutions to couples and families in their community. This is an exceptional opportunity for a marriage and family therapist to join our team and make a positive impact on people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have current licensure as an LMFT (licensed marriage and family therapist) and 1-3 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

  • Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a variety of behavioral health concerns
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment goals and interventions
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical counseling and therapy techniques
  • Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with special education needs
  • Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to promote positive behavior change
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of mental health counseling
  • Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to pediatric clients
  • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • State licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist
  • Experience working with couples and families is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of family systems techniques and interventions
  • Experience with addictions and/or trauma-informed care is a plus
  • CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required
