Job Summary
">The Messenger / Office Helper plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our office. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining a smooth workflow.
">Duties and Responsibilities

- Deliver and distribute mail/messages within the office and outside premises.">
- Serve tea and refreshments during official meetings and events.">
- Clean and dust the office, equipment, and furniture on a daily basis.">
- Report any damages or breakages to the Admin & Finance Associate and assist with repairs and maintenance.">
- Support office staff with photocopying, mail distribution, and binding documents.">
- Collaborate with the Admin & Finance Associate to manage administrative tasks and provide assistance as needed.">
- Contribute to event management and other duties assigned by the supervisor.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- A secondary education (12th grade) is required.">
- Work experience in performing office support services is desirable but not necessary.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.">
- Fluency in Urdu and English language is required.">
