Job Title: People Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to drive people-focused initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent. As a key member of our team, you will lead the human resources function and oversee initiatives that contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally.
