Human Resources Professional

This is a vital role within our organization where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management.

  • You will assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and managing the annual induction process.
  • Your key responsibilities will include managing internal transfers, promotions, leaves, salary revisions, and resignations.
  • You will coordinate and participate in rational/need analysis to ensure effective decision-making.
  • An additional duty will be collecting data from schools and disbursing attendance awards to recognize employee achievements.
  • You will develop data analysis reports on turnover, staff shortages, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • A further responsibility will be maintaining accurate HR records at the regional level.
  • You will provide coaching and counseling to staff and guidance on HR matters to enhance employee engagement.
  • Additionally, you will identify potential successors in times of crisis to ensure continuity.
  • You will process regular salary revisions and enhancements to reflect market trends.
  • A final task will be conducting annual appraisals for faculty members to evaluate performance.
Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in using computer software (MS Office, Internet etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits to drive results.
