Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms.
- Become an expert in our product suite, staying up-to-date on features and functionality.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement, suggesting process improvements when possible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and promote a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH.
- Geographic flexibility is essential, as you may need to work from various locations or travel occasionally.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SaaS customer support, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with support systems like Salesforce, Twilio, ServiceNow, and Zendesk is a plus.
