We are seeking a seasoned and data-driven professional to lead and execute our digital marketing campaigns, focusing on measurable results and maximizing return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Identify key target audiences, market segments, and digital channels to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, ad copy creation, creative development, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate, cost per click, conversion rates, and return on investment, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Oversee paid search (search engine marketing), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), display advertising, and other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Analyze data from various marketing channels using analytics tools, generating regular performance reports and providing insights for optimization.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement and present findings to the marketing team and senior management.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of planning and managing successful campaigns that delivered measurable results.
  • Digital advertising expertise, with proficiency in managing paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and other performance-based digital channels.
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms and A/B testing tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with relevant certifications a plus.
