Manufacturing Operations Manager

Job Description:
The Production Manager will be responsible for meeting production targets, improving efficiency and performance, and maintaining high-quality standards. This individual will exercise Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles to ensure the production of excellent products.
Main Responsibilities:
This position involves developing and implementing business strategies to achieve the company's objectives, including driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and increasing profitability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement across all operational areas, fostering a culture of quality, and maintaining total quality management to meet customer expectations.
This position requires overseeing budgeting, planning, and programs to optimize equipment, space, facility, and human resource utilization for manufacturing objectives, critically reviewing operating results, and recommending updates to Management.
The Production Manager will develop tactical plans to achieve factory operational goals, ensure optimal production capacity, and maintain minimal backorder status and adequate service levels through close collaboration among various departments.
This individual will promote desired product quality, maintain product standards, and ensure managerial and specialized personnel have the necessary training and motivation to achieve management and manufacturing objectives.
The successful candidate will establish positive employee relations, formulate, develop, and implement policies and action plans to maximize production, and develop strategic vision for operations direction and performance requirements aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
This position requires leading and managing the commercial and supply chain process, as well as the activities of the Logistics department and warehouses, and maintaining close liaison with the QA department to ensure compliance with quality standards.
The Production Manager will be punctual for duty, adhere to the code of conduct while on duty, promote it among others, and coordinate effectively with management and labor for smooth workflow.
This position involves any additional duties assigned by Management.
