Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to manage our projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting project standards, managing multiple projects, planning resources, tasks, client meetings, and follow-ups. They will also be expected to demonstrate problem-solving skills, analyze complex situations, and synthesize corresponding solutions and action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end project management and delivery.
  2. Perform project planning, estimation, ensure delivery, tracking, status reporting, client communications, testing, and people management.
  3. Evaluate existing business processes and create documentation outlining process improvements.
  4. Communicate with clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner to build strong relationships.
  5. Research strategies to develop well-informed tactical processes for clients.
  6. Examine clients' businesses to understand their objectives and processes.
  7. Document requirements, prepare proposals, spreadsheets, process maps, training manuals, and audio/video training sessions.
  8. Coordinate meetings and conference calls with in-house and remote teams, clients, and vendors.
  9. Make important planning and strategy decisions.
  10. Report and escalate concerns or issues to management as needed.
  11. Maintain track of team activities, deliverables, and update project status daily.

Requirements:

We require the following skills:

  1. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  2. IT qualification background (BS-CS, BS-IT, BBA-IT, MBA, or related disciplines).
  3. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  4. Proficiency in office applications.
  5. Ability to meet deadlines.

This is a full-time position that requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least one year of experience.
