Key Responsibilities
  • Gather customer needs and translate them into effective consumer experience descriptions.
  • Develop product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams, considering business, legal, customer care, usability, and technical issues.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and manage ongoing changes to product implementation.
  • Communicate with senior management to ensure data-driven product tradeoffs.
  • Maintain relationships with partners such as data vendors or technology outsourcers.
  • Conduct product reviews with prospects and clients.
  • Organize demos and training.
Job Requirements

A Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering is required, along with 3 years of experience in a Financial Operations environment, preferably with primebrokers, fund administrators, or system vendors in an onboarding context. Familiarity with the needs of Portfolio Managers and Middle Office functions, understanding of derivative products, and market value/PnL decomposition and risk reporting are essential. A good grasp of modern software engineering technologies is also important.

Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, or Markit is a plus. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this challenging position.
