Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Mobile Application development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering across the entire app life cycle, from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions for mobile applications, including design, build, test, and release.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creatives, developers, and user experience leads, to conceptualize, build, test, and release products.
  • Gather requirements around functionality and translate them into elegant functional solutions.
  • Design and implement prototypes to validate ideas.
  • Work with web developers to create and maintain robust mobile frameworks.
  • Develop compelling device-specific user interfaces and experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.
  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in .NET, with at least 3 years specifically in mobile app development for iOS & Android.
  • In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and architecture patterns and design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to propose innovative solutions and communicate them effectively to the team.
  • In-depth knowledge of .NET (ASP.NET and C#) and MS SQL Server.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with agile processes and ERP systems is a plus.
