Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to join our digital marketing agency. As the Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in generating sales and expanding our client base through multiple freelancing platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Freelancing Platform Management: Manage and optimize our presence on various freelancing platforms, including Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively search for potential clients and projects on freelancing platforms that align with our agency's expertise.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare professional and persuasive proposals tailored to each client's needs.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients on freelancing platforms.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets in collaboration with the management team.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Job Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in generating sales and business development.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to articulate our services effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
