Project Manager Position

About the Role

This leadership position involves overseeing consulting services delivered to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, scope of work, deliverables, resources, and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply project management, resource management, scope management, communication, technical expertise, and relationship management skills.

For this role, you should possess a graduate degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business. Familiarity with IM enterprise technologies like MDM, ETL, BI, DBMS, Data Modeling, and competence in at least one business domain are essential. You must be able to lead projects concurrently, inspire team members, develop them, hire them, keep them motivated, and grow them.

A consultative selling ability, excellent writing, presentation, documentation, and oral communication skills, along with the capacity to create trusted relationships with customers and partners, are also required.

Facilitating in-person, online, and over-the-phone sessions with customers/partners, as well as possessing good problem-solving skills, are crucial for this position.

Candidates who have achieved outstanding results in business, technology, or other areas of interest are highly desirable for this leadership role.
