HR Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, conducting orientation programs, and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, specifically focusing on IT professionals
  2. Develop and implement effective orientation programs for new employees
  3. Maintain open communication channels with employees through regular feedback sessions and performance reviews
  4. Oversee employee payroll, compensation, and benefits to ensure fairness and equity
  5. Serve as a liaison between teams, facilitating collaboration and project coordination
  6. Address employee grievances in a timely and professional manner
  7. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and strategies that drive business growth
  8. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee files and documents

Job Specification:

Required Qualifications:
  1. A degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration is essential
  2. Proven knowledge of HR best practices and methodologies
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this role
  4. Demonstrated interpersonal and people management skills are necessary to succeed in this position
  5. A positive attitude, good learning abilities, and a strong desire to advance in HR are essential qualities
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly spreadsheets and data analysis tools, is highly desirable
