Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our solutions engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and delivering technical solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our customers to understand their business requirements and architect solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing detailed solution designs.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of technical expertise and business acumen. The following skills and qualifications are essential:

  • Fluency with REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT a plus).
  • 3+ years in solutions engineering, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS.
  • Comfortable explaining complex architectures to both developers and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray…).
  • Solid requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills.
  • Experience in writing your own agent.
  • Code fluency in a popular language (Python, JS, Ruby etc).
  • Bachelor's in CS/SE (or equivalent real-world chops).
Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:

  • Exposure to prompt engineering or LLM-driven automation.
  • GraphQL, gRPC, or enterprise-grade auth experience.
  • Background in B2B SaaS domains like CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience.
