We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Salesperson to drive business growth on the Upwork platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a strong online presence with positive ratings and reviews on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
- Effectively comprehend job listings, craft compelling proposals, and apply for opportunities that align with our objectives.
- Proactively engage with potential clients on various online platforms to expand our client base.
- Create tailored proposals that meet each client's needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and secure contracts that contribute significantly to our revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project details.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder and Salesperson, with at least 1-2 years of successful track record.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including bidding processes, client interactions, and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and secure contracts.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a competitive environment.
