Business Development Manager Role

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth and development. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for Islamic crowd-funding and a commitment to alleviating poverty.


Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising and Donor Engagement: Develop and execute effective fundraising strategies, build relationships with existing corporate donors, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Content Management: Create and update high-quality content daily to engage our audience and support our fundraising efforts.
  • Grant Writing: Research and write compelling proposals to secure funding from local and international organizations.
  • Communication and Public Speaking: Represent our organization at various events and platforms, ensuring 100% transparency in donations and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Contract Writing and Portfolio Building: Develop contracts and proposals that align with our mission and values, while building a robust portfolio of our work.
  • Visionary Leadership: Demonstrate empathy towards the poor and establish core values of commitment, positivity, and empathy within the BDM role.
