Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions and VMware infrastructure.

This role requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft 365 Responsibilities:
    • Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Defender.
    • Configure and support Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Azure AD, and identity protection features.
    • Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions.
    • Perform tenant management, license administration, and user provisioning.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services, ensuring high availability and performance.
    • Lead migrations to Microsoft 365 from on-premise or other cloud environments.
  • VMware Responsibilities:
    • Design, deploy, and maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, and vCenter environments.
    • Monitor performance, manage capacity planning, and ensure the health of virtual infrastructure.
    • Perform patch management, backup, and restore operations for VMware environments.
    • Ensure security best practices for virtualization infrastructure.
    • Automate VMware-related tasks using PowerCLI or similar tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 10 to 12 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Microsoft 365 and VMware technologies.
  • Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

  • Microsoft 365 Administration & Security

  • PowerShell & PowerCLI scripting
