Role Summary

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role.

The day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills are required for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in HVAC systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and maintain heating and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Repair and replace defective components as needed.
  3. Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend system lifespan.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
