Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and training for our products, serving K-12, public, academic, and special libraries worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

  • Provide phone and email support to troubleshoot user issues.
  • Recommend product enhancements to improve the product.
  • Responsible for quality control/bug testing of new releases.
  • Conduct research projects.
  • Support product development through research and documentation.
  • Update knowledgebase cases and release notes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A degree in Library Science or related field, or IT diploma or degree in computer science/engineering.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
  4. High typing speed.
  5. Problem-solving skills.
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  7. Technical support experience an asset.
  8. 2-5 years' experience required.
