We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead our team in a senior capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and writing skills. They must be highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.

We are looking for a resourceful individual who can independently figure out solutions and execute them reliably. Creativity is essential in architecting optimal technical and commercial solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reviewing RFQs to ensure design solutions meet customer requirements
  • Having deep knowledge of PLC/DCS control systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Honeywell, ABB, Schneider) and SCADA systems
  • Experience in field instrumentation selection and designing cost-optimized solutions
  • Site work experience and estimation for control system installation is advantageous
  • Proposal development and effort estimation for engineering, construction, and testing
  • Identifying and mitigating risks in technical and commercial proposals
  • Supporting sales in proposal compliance and coordination with vendors
  • Developing standard procedures, project plans, and design documentation with strong writing skills
  • Business development skills, including negotiation with vendors
  • Designing control system architectures with knowledge of network protocols
  • Ensuring proposals are technically and commercially compliant, reporting exceptions
  • Innovating solutions, optimizing designs, and ensuring product quality
  • Ensuring compliance with CSIA standards

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years in engineering or technical sales
  • Business development and sales acumen
  • Ability to handle pressure, positive attitude, sense of responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
