Job Title:

Project Lead Role

Abacus is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Lead to lead client projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery, align with high-quality standards, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Project Execution & Monitoring: Drive day-to-day project operations, ensuring progress aligns with planned objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Technical Insight: Understand key technical aspects relevant to project scope and bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Closure: Ensure all deliverables are completed, approved, and documented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience.
  • Proven success managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Technical understanding of relevant domains (e.g., software development lifecycle, data analytics, cloud solutions).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.
