Job Title: MRI/CT Clinical Education Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an MRI/CT Clinical Education Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing applications and operations training within Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT) products, maintaining competitive and clinical knowledge. This role requires excellent communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Perform all applications and operations training within MRI and CT products, ensuring that customers have the necessary knowledge and skills to use these systems effectively.
• Provide on-site customer education, including turnover training, upgrades, and follow-up, to ensure that customers receive the best possible support.
• Offer professional application support to resolve customer tickets, escalations, and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with current products from Siemens and competitors, as well as clinical trends, to update customers and provide the latest information.
• Prepare clinical case studies and images to support sales projects, demonstrating the capabilities of our products and services.

Requirements:
• University degree in science, medicine, biomedical engineering, or equivalent qualification from a reputable university or college.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with MRI and CT systems, preferably in an instructor and operator role.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexibility regarding travel throughout and outside Pakistan, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
