
Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through outbound sales efforts.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will be the face of our company and will play a critical role in building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing the value of our solution.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you are a self-starter who is passionate about sales and is looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:
- Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with SMBs, utilizing cold calling, prospecting, and other outreach techniques.
- BUILD Relationships with Potential Clients: You will build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points, and showcasing the value of our solution.
- Demonstrate Our Software: You will demonstrate our software to prospective clients, highlighting its features and benefits.
- Survey Prospects: You will survey prospects to understand their pain points within their business, aligning those business needs with our solution.
- Educate Clients: You will educate fleet managers and drivers about our solution, understanding their requirements, and helping them get started with our product.
- Maintain a Consistent Pipeline: You will maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects, providing accurate forecasts for revenue.
- Achieve Daily KPIs and Monthly Quota: You will achieve daily KPIs and monthly quota, consistently refining your skillset to drive success.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1-2 Years of Outbound Sales Experience: You should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably with international clients.
- Strong End-to-End Ownership: You should have a strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting, demonstrations, to closing.
- Self-Starter with Excellent Communication Skills: You should be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to successfully convey key value propositions and manage objections.
- Ability to Multitask: You should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
