Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our team and take ownership of managing day-to-day planning, supplies, and operations to ensure smooth production flow. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of preparing production schedules based on sales forecasts, executing dispatch plans, and monitoring physical inventory and ERP systems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize working capital and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in production planning preferably in FMCG and be hands-on with MS Office, Oracle (ERP), BI report analysis. Strong influencing and communication skills are essential to coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Warehouse departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day planning, supplies, and operations to ensure smooth production flow.
- Prepare production schedules based on sales forecasts (Annual Business Forecast ABF) and align with plant capacity.
- Execute dispatch plans in compliance with service level targets and customer commitments.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- MBA/BS Engg (Mechanical) / Min 3-5 Years of experience

Preferred Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in production planning preferably in FMCG.
- Excellent presentation and data analytics skills required.
- Must be hands-on with MS Office, Oracle (ERP), BI report analysis.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter and high-energy individual.
- Mathematics skills related to the area of Statistics.
- Be tech-savvy and enjoy learning in the digital space.
