Project Manager - Execution and Oversight

At our organization, we play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project execution across various departments. A proactive individual with exceptional leadership skills is required to align project execution with strategic goals and ensure compliance with company policies and methodologies.

This role involves developing and maintaining project management standards and processes to guarantee consistent execution across projects. You will track project performance metrics and provide reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Project Management Standards: Develop and maintain project management standards and processes to guarantee consistent execution across projects.
  • Monitor Project Performance: Track project performance metrics and provide reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate project kickoff meetings and ongoing updates to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and issues in project execution and lead mitigation and resolution efforts.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with project managers to support the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain a centralized project tracking system to capture project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
  • Training and Development: Support training and development initiatives for project managers and team members on project management best practices.
  • Lessons Learned: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience in a PMO environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
