Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented and skilled sales professional to join our team as a Revenue Growth Specialist. This role involves driving revenue growth and meeting targets through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report to management.
  • Make calls to promote company services and handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Utilize effective selling and negotiation skills.
  • Address clients' specific needs with tailored design solutions.
  • Manage and nurture leads, following up professionally.
  • Convert leads into sales by communicating the value of our design services.
  • Leverage platforms like Bark.com, Discord, etc., for front-end sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front sales, preferably in web, design, or development sectors.
  • Proven achievement in the design and development industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work night shifts and lead a team.
  • Growth opportunities every 4 months and annual dinner participation.
