Junior Psychologist Position

Riphah International University seeks a passionate and driven Junior Psychologist to contribute to the mental health field. About the Role

The Junior Psychologist will be responsible for conducting initial assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their psychological needs and treatment goals. They will develop and implement treatment plans based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles tailored to each client's unique situation.

  • Regularly monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Applied or Clinical Psychology and demonstrate strong expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Preference is given to candidates holding additional qualifications such as the Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (ADCP).
