Job Title: Occupational Psychologist

This role involves the application of psychology to improve performance and well-being in the workplace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Training, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Employee relations and motivation.
  • Consumer behavior analysis to inform employee understanding of customer needs.
  • Developing employee personality and skill assessment tests.
  • Job design and optimization.
  • Psiychometric assessment.
  • MEDIATION IN SITUATIONS INVOLVING EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT DISPUTES.
  • Analysis of training needs, identification of skills gaps, and decision-making on effective cost-saving measures.
Improving Hiring Processes:

The occupational psychologist will play a crucial role in designing and implementing effective hiring processes that attract top talent and reduce turnover rates. This may involve developing initial screening processes, assessing candidate suitability, and advising on interview techniques.

Addressing Human Resource Issues:

This role also involves working closely with HR teams to address complex human resource issues, such as employee stress, conflicts, and performance gaps.
