Job Purpose:

  • Oversee operational domains including Fuel, Electricity and Security management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for contracts and processes.
  • Assist in overseeing, planning, monitoring and tracking regional responsibilities, projects and tasks.
  • Contribute to policy formulation, process improvement, risk identification and internal controls development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist RCTO/Deputy Director and relevant FOPS Manager in overall management and standardization of field operations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders at regional and HQ levels to ensure policy compliance.
  • Assist regional FOPs for timely reconciliation of monthly KPIs and penalties as per SLA and KPI delivery.
  • Follow up with MS vendor and FOPs for MS contract SOW compliances, penalties and payments reconciliation.
  • Manage Electricity for the region, including site load criteria revision, high bills reconciliations and E&F-Tax removal from bills.
  • Fuel management for North region BTS, Core sites and Repeaters to achieve Fuel/DG targets.
  • Resolve fuel control issues and discrepancies with MS vendor and FOPs.
  • End-to-end Security management of North region.
  • Analyze security risks and suggest improvements to ensure asset security.
  • Follow up with MS Vendor, FOPs and LEA for theft reporting and recoveries.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution of special tasks and business critical assignments.
  • Review and finalize RCA for major network incidents.
