Job Overview
Empurrar seeks a skilled Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Empurrar's services. Assist customers in resolving their issues in a timely manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers through chat or calls. Clearly convey information regarding services and issue resolutions.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and analyze customer issues to identify root causes and provide effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to superiors for further resolution.
- Services Knowledge: Stay informed about Empurrar's services to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including customer IDs, deposits, and cashouts. Provide feedback regarding recurring customer issues for process improvement.
- Candidate Experience: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report trends to management. Contribute to the enhancement of customer support processes based on feedback and experiences.
This is an entry-level, full-time position within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
