Job Overview

Empurrar seeks a skilled Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about Empurrar's services. Assist customers in resolving their issues in a timely manner.
  2. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers through chat or calls. Clearly convey information regarding services and issue resolutions.
  3. Problem Resolution: Investigate and analyze customer issues to identify root causes and provide effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to superiors for further resolution.
  4. Services Knowledge: Stay informed about Empurrar's services to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers.
  5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including customer IDs, deposits, and cashouts. Provide feedback regarding recurring customer issues for process improvement.
  6. Candidate Experience: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report trends to management. Contribute to the enhancement of customer support processes based on feedback and experiences.
Work Environment

This is an entry-level, full-time position within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
