Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the Role:
This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator. As a QA Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by identifying, documenting, and resolving defects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases for web, mobile, and backend projects.
• Jira Administration: Administer task boards and workflows across departments.
• Bitbucket Management: Manage repository access and user permissions.
• Reporting: Provide structured progress and performance updates to management.

Growth Opportunities:
This role offers a clear path toward QA Lead or Project Operations Manager based on performance, leadership, and contribution to process improvement.

Requirements:
• Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• 2–4 years in a Product Management and/or QA role (preferably both).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with QA tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Postman, Selenium).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for building great products and ensuring quality.
