We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for ensuring the highest quality software deliverables.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with software developers and project managers to understand project requirements and user stories. They will develop comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough coverage, evaluate and execute test cases effectively, and identify and track defects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closely working with software developers to gain insights into project needs.
  • Developing comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Evaluating and executing test cases effectively.
  • Identifying and tracking defects efficiently.
  • Providing regular updates on testing progress and contributing to team discussions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have a minimum of 0-6 months of experience in software quality assurance/testing role, including internships or co-op experiences. Additionally, they should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with software testing methodologies and techniques, and experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
