About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant II to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for the success of domain and industry-specific packaged solutions and custom application development.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, translating real-world customer challenges into problems addressed by the team independently or in collaboration with other teams.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and Developing Integration Solutions: Create reusable integration solutions and custom applications that meet customer needs.
  • Communicating Complex Ideas: Effectively convey technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience.
  • Providing Technical Support: Assist employees and customers in approaching and resolving technical problems and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Developing Product Documentation: Create product documentation, design specs, solution briefs, presentations, demos, webinars, white papers, blog articles, and best practices.
  • Maintaining Sales Enablement Tools: Keep documents, tools, and information up-to-date to enable the sales team to reach their full potential.
  • Prioritizing Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service experience to Workato customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A Computer Science degree is a plus.
  • Relevant Experience: Total 3+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
  • Integration Platform Experience: 1+ years of experience working with Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Oracle SOA, TIBCO, webMethods etc.
  • Cloud Technologies Experience: Hands-on experience implementing Microservices or API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture, and Process Automation.
  • Coding Skills: 2+ years of coding experience (JavaScript/Python/Ruby, etc.).
  • Agile Development Methodology: Agile development methodology is a plus.
