We are looking for a highly skilled Psychometric Testing Expert to contribute to the development of high-quality assessments at ASK Development Pvt (Ltd).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evaluate assessments based on subject-area standards.
  • Write, review, and evaluate test items, and assemble and score tests.
  • Ensure the quality and validity of test items.
  • Design and create new assessments and products.
  • Manage test creation systems, pretests, and test pools.
  • Conduct research on test reliability, validity, and comparability.
  • Lead test development teams and direct testing projects.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field with specialization in psychometric testing.
  • Excellent writing and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of subject areas to develop tests.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools like SPSS and NVivo.
