Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Principal Platform Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in Sales, Service & Experience Clouds and experience in Apex & LWC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce development and be proficient in writing Apex classes, controllers, and triggers to implement complex business logic.

As a Principal Platform Consultant, you will be responsible for developing custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will design, code, test, and deploy new features and functionality, while also mentoring junior platform consultants and leading client-facing platform optimization efforts.

Responsibilities
  1. Adhere to Standards and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to standards and best practices in all technical activities.
  2. Team Coordination: Coordinate the day-to-day technical activities of the team.
  3. Platform Architecture: Participate in platform architecture discussions and provide expert-level input.
  4. Client Interaction: Interact with project managers frequently and provide feedback on progress.
  5. Best Practice Implementation: Implement best practices for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid platforms.
  6. Mentorship: Mentor junior platform consultants and lead client-facing platform optimization efforts.
  7. Business Requirement Mapping: Map business requirements to available features on the platform.
Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong understanding of Apex, LWC, and integrations.
  • Apex Skills: Proficiency in writing Apex classes, controllers, and triggers to implement complex business logic.
  • Integration Expertise: Strong understanding of integration with other systems.
  • LWC Expertise: Expert-level skills in building dynamic, scalable, and responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Visualforce Knowledge: Familiarity with Visualforce pages.
  • Flow Design: Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing all types of Salesforce Flows.
  • Security Configuration: Experience in configuring security settings.
  • Experience Cloud: Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud to build and manage portals and communities.
  • Development Skills: Strong understanding of declarative and programmatic development.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking with a proven ability to deal with complex platform-specific issues.
