About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging search engines, social media, email, and affiliate marketing to reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives, fostering a data-driven approach to drive results.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using data analytics tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase visibility, and drive qualified traffic to our online presence.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email, to attract and retain customers and enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Maintain a positive online reputation by monitoring and managing customer reviews and feedback, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field, with a strong foundation in digital marketing principles.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and online retail, driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, with a focus on driving ROI and achieving KPIs.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, driving business growth through informed marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
