Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on visa options, preparing and reviewing visa documentation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies, assisting in the submission of visa applications, and communicating with authorities. They will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software
  • Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently
  • Experience in customer service and sales, particularly in the immigration sector

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in visa sales or immigration consultancy
  • Fluent in English and Urdu (Additional languages are a plus)
