About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to drive delivery excellence in our engineering department. As a strong engineer and team leader, you will guide a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver high-quality, maintainable software for global clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team on client projects.
  • Own technical delivery from design and planning to development and release.
  • Ensure engineering best practices across code quality, testing, reviews, and deployment.
  • Support team members in debugging, system design, and resolving blockers.
  • Mentor engineers and support their career development through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive team culture.
  • Manage and continuously improve team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and predictability.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in .NET, JAVA, or Typescript ecosystems.
  • 2+ years leading engineering teams in a delivery-focused environment.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, version control, testing strategies, and CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to software architecture and design.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in decision making and problem resolution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations.
  • Great people skills, with a focus on team building, motivation, and conflict resolution.
