We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead and mentor our team of engineers in delivering high-quality, scalable software with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails, with a solid understanding of large-scale architecture and system design. They should also have experience leading and managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and team scaling.

A strong background in modern JavaScript front-end frameworks (e.g., Stimulus, React, Vue, or Angular) and UI design systems like Tailwind CSS is required. The successful candidate will be able to drive technical direction, make architecture decisions, and ensure high code quality through best practices and code reviews.

They will also possess excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with experience working closely with product and design teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business goals into reliable technical solutions are essential.

In this role, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, both technically and operationally. You will take ownership of project outcomes and drive the resolution of challenges with urgency and focus.

  • Requirements:
