Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our company's operations in the region. This role involves proactive liaison with local authorities and government institutions to resolve conflicts, file and follow up on legal documents, and represent the company in court cases.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.
  • This role requires strong working relationships with government officials, administrative offices, and external regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will ensure timely follow-ups and documentation to support compliance and legal processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with local police and District Administration to resolve conflicts and follow up on FIRs;
  • Representing the company in courts for legal cases and dealings with external regulatory bodies;
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with government officials and administrative offices;
  • Ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation to support compliance and legal processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
